Pickleball Survey: The Provincetown Recreation Department is seeking community input about pickleball in Provincetown. Do you play or have an interest in playing pickleball? If so please take the time to complete this survey! All input helps!
NEW IN JANUARY, Playwriting in Provincetown will be offered start date TBD.
Beginning on September 7th, the VMCC will be open to the public Monday through Thursday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Staff will continue to work regular hours in the office.

Youth Basketball 2021/2022
Registration for Provincetown Recreation's Youth Basketball is now available.
The Provincetown Recreation Department and the Lower Cape Recreational Basketball League is excited to announce that we will be bringing back our Winter Basketball season. However, due to the ongoing pandemic, this year will look a lot different than it has in the past. Below are the links for both registrations. Please take the time to carefully read the registrations as new policies have been put in place.

The Recreation Department will be providing a fully in-person after school program this school year. To better serve the need of Provincetown families and to abide by the most up to date COVID-19 guidance, the after school program will be broken down into four sessions:
Session #1: September 13th-October 29th.
Session#2: November 1st- December 16th.
Session#3: January 18th–March 31st
Session#4: April 4th - June 21st.

Where can I play? :
- West End Basketball Courts ( 2 lined courts with nets located on Nickerson)
- Motta Field (2 lined courts with nets)
- Veterans Memorial Community Center Court (1 lined court NO net located across from Motta Field)

Pickle ball courts are for public use and on a first come first serve basis. Please be considerate of others and follow the posted hours and rules.

Provincetown Youth Activity Grant Application
The Provincetown Health Department is introducing the Youth Activity Grant program to supply funds for applicants looking to attend classes, camps, or other recreational programs or to pay for transportation to classes or camps.
