The Provincetown Board of Assessors has completed its comprehensive reassessment of all classes of property in compliance with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40, section 56. The values have received preliminary certification by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. Value changes averaged 1- 4%. A listing with the preliminary FY 21 assessments will be available for taxpayer review on our website at - www.provincetown-ma.gov
Property record cards will be updated once the assessed values receive final certification. The public disclosure period will commence on July 13th, 2020 and will be completed on Friday, July 17 2020.
